PitBull Unit Frames 4.0 - Tug'o-Threat

This PitBull4 module will show you how much threat you have (or anybody else has) relative to the (second) highest person on your targets (or any mobs) threat list.
For easy explanation, take a look at the attached images. ;)
It was inspired by TidyPlates's Tug'o-Threat-Widget (or Threat Line Widget), which shows you (as Tank or as DPS) how much threat (in Percent) you are ahead (or below) of the next lower (or higher) party or raid member.
This module is mainly indented to make tank lives easier, eg. often you can't see nameplates for bigger mobs (like bosses) and i personally don't like always moving my eyes towards Omen and back. This gives an easy indication if the mob is about to be overnuked. :)
Usage:
This module will add the following things to your PitBull4 arsenal:
- Threat bar that shows your threat on the the unit's threat list relative to the next lower/higher person - (Example)
- Smart mob selection if unit (the unit the bar is attached to, eg. "player", "target", "party", ...) is you, party or raid member, (focus) target, ect. - (Documentation)
