So i've always liked the option to set the visual heal with the same for absorbs. However, I do want a option to "squeeze" the bars into the unitframes themselves.

That doesnt look good at al. Ugly.

That is much better, visually speaking (taken from my old ElvUI setup). It shouldn't be impossible to do.
