Cast text not showing at all or not disappearing #1338

    Title says most of it.

    This is for TBC version.
    Cast text isn't showing at all.
    then I /reload and cast text shows, but then doesn't disappear.  
    Worked perfectly before the latest update, but has been wonky ever since.  Had to create a new profile to see health/power values at all on fresh login.  Then I'd set the profile or copy the same one and values would appear, but upon entering a new loading screen would disappear again.
