Target frame doesn't appear in Classic Era unless I uncheck and check "Target" in "Units" tab #1415

    You should be able to fix this by going into the Pitbull options -> Units -> Under Current unit frames select Focus and disable it,  Classic Era doesn't have focus but for some reason there's a frame for it in Pitbull that is enabled by default which can prevent your target and party frames from loading properly.
