Scrollbar fixes #500

    in AceGUIWidget-DropDown.lua for setting the scrollbar width. Its 8, changing this value to 12 will cause the scrollbar border to draw properly

    Another issue is in ace config.  It never uses a scrollbar so you end up having menus get too big and there is no way to control the menu height from ace config
