Small bugfixes and a new module to highlight changes in bags.

Adirelle:
- Small changes in ItemLevel module.
- Added a module to temporarily highlight changes in bags.
- Fixed #208.
- Moved autoSort and autoDeposit logic to Bags.lua
Also, do not sort when there is no need to do so.
- README updated.
