LibDualSpec support and some updates to druid & warlock rules.

Adirelle:
    - Druid: suggest casting any heal to enable Harmony.
    - Druid: suggests using Rejuvenation to enable the buff of the Glyph of Rejuvenation.
    - Warlock: added a specific rule for Havoc.
    Show a bad border when the target of the player is the target of Havoc.
    - Warlock: actually use LibPlayerSpells.
    - LibDualSpec support.
