Fixed spell overlays for concurrent procs.

Adirelle:
    - Spell overlays: goes back in animation phase 2 when overlay.animOut:Stop() is called.
    Should fix #2.
    - Whitespace cleanup.
    - Auras: only show items buffs shorter than 2 minutes.
