Use LibPlayerSpells.

Adirelle:
    - Added LibPlayerSpells-1.0 to .pkgmeta and TOC file.
    - Fetch master for LibSpellbook and LibItemBuffs.
    - Moved warlock data to LibPlayerSpells.
    - Cooldowns: removed hard-coded druid cooldowns since they are handled by LibPlayerSpells.
    - Auras: show important auras unless they are already overlayed in the action bars.
    - Auras: display power regenerations in addition to survival/burst auras.
    - Auras: removed druid spells as they are in latest LibPlayerSpells.
    - Auras: removed hunter spells since they are in LibPlayerSpells.
    - Cooldowns: removed hunter cooldowns since the latest LibPlayerSpells lists them.
    - First attempt at using LibPlayerSpells
    - Auras: do not try to de-duplicate rules.
    - Auras: added icons for item buffs and encounter debuffs.
    - Added an helper to format the text with icon of spell options.
    - Auras: refactored to better cope with spells that provide several buffs.
