power bars stop refreshing #180

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. It happens frequently. Dont know what causes it.

    The power bars stop refreshing occasionally. Sometimes I just check my healer's mana and it shows he is on half bar while he's full actually. On bosses its also the same for instance Rajh energy bar sometimes stop and I need to relog to tempfix this issue.
