- Added "id" command to determine the id# of an item or enchant from its link.
- Added the ability to save references directly from links instead of ids:
  - Use "save itemlink" instead of "save item".
  - Use "save enchantlink" instead of "save enchant".
- Added "raw" command - available but not listed in /adl.
  (For devs, displays escaped link code.)
