    updates to bounty (emmissary) tracking:
    1) identifying icons are now a little bigger and should better match what is shown on the map (which are different than the icon for the rep faction)
    2) partially completed bounties will show the number of quests remaining to finish, like raid instances, if you have Encounters Left set to true in options
    3) bounty columns should now be sorted, from left to right, by how soon they expire
    4) bug fix: completed bounty information was not shown when on a character who had not yet unlocked world quests

    Dalaran Weekly quest tracker renamed to Weekly Event tracker and updated with the current questids.

    Did some code cleanup. Removed some special case code for assaults by folding it into the weekly/biweekly/daily quest tracker code.
