Added development, itIT and ptBR localizations.
Replaced some localizations with strings from GlobalStrings.lua in FrameXML.
Replaced myClassColors with the RAID_CLASS_COLORS[class].colorStr usage.
Future-proofed max level constant - gracefully upgrades when UPDATE_EXPANSION_LEVEL fires.
Bumped ToC Interface version to 50001.
