make it easier to identify Argus world quests #14

    much like there's an option for "Show World Quest POI icons on the Broken Isles map", I'd like an option to be able to see the world quests for all of Argus on the Argus map, without having to zoom all the way into the zone maps.  Similarly, it'd be great if while on the Argus map, the list only showed Argus world quests when the option "Only show World Quests for the current zone" is checked.
