- Started implementing new com system, existing functionality is all moved over but new messages aren't added yet
- Items with random stats should be properly supported now (proper link is passed around, and different random-stat items with same itemID shouldn't get grouped together for bidding)
- "/arp test" reworked: now loads in two pieces of sample loot and that's all, there is no more "test mode"
- Players' random numbers (for breaking bid order ties) are now preserved when they remove themselves from the bid list and re-add
- Big code cleanup/restructuring
- Completely incompatible with all previous versions
