- Loot Assignment list will no longer clear when opening a new corpse/chest, the new loot will just be added to the existing loot. Currently, the assignment list window will still only display the first 9 items, must handle those first to move on to the rest.
- "/arp add [itemlink]" can now be used by the ML'er to manually add a single piece of loot (from his inventory or whatever) into the Loot Assignment list.

M /trunk/Core.lua
- Com protocol version bumped to "2", and thus com prefix has changed, meaning any previous versions can no longer communicate
- Points data is now stored/saved by ARP, master looter has the master copy of the data and keeps everyone sync'ed up.
- New command: /arp points (displays everyone's current points, alphabetically)
- New command (for master looter only): /arp adjust [player] [point adjustment]
- 2 new buttons at bottom right of Loot Assignment window: "Refresh Current" marks the existing points data as current, "Import EQDKP" imports new points data from EQDKP (format: "BEGIN", "[Player] [points]", ..., "END")
- If points data hasn't been imported or refreshed in 15 hours, you'll be unable to assign items until you do one or the other.
- Points are no longer sent with bidding requests. A tell can consist of: bidding/bid (ignored), ms/main or os/off (only once), remove
- Fixed a bug that caused "None" to show up as the top bidder in ARPC
- Window position is now saved in the layout cache
- Bit of cleanup to make button sizes/positions more consistent
- Information on who an item is assigned to in the Item List is now displayed in a distinct color (green)
- REQUEST_STATUS now sent upon joining raid so you get immediate information

Remove functionality where handlers would be auto-unassigned if they sent a READY msg while supposedly handling an item. Delays in com msg sending were causing it to trigger when it shouldn't, and I can't think of a good solution. Now the ML'er will need to manually unassign a handler from their item, if the handler has to reload UI or /arp reset.
