Antagonist: - Added filter system (config -> filter -> group for a nchecklist or CTRL+LeftClick on a bar to filter that spell). Filtered spells will not be shown. - Added filter strings to the locale files (please translate - they are highlighted with comments). - Some code optimizations. - Commented out all debug messages.

Antagonist: Removed the safety check in OnInit to transfer the old texture value to a SurfaceLib texture. It's redundant now.
