Bugfix update.

    - Removed two empty files.
    - Minor reformatting.
    - Removed unused variables.
    - Split dig sites out into their own file.
    - Cleanup.
    - Renamed "icon" to "LDBI".
    - Commented out references to the non-existent "Archy Data" AddOn.
    - Use GlobalStrings.lua localization in a few spots rather than community localization.
    - More formatting changes.
    - Race index fixes from Myrroddin.
    - And again...
    - Code style/formatting changes.
    - Removed broken donation link.
    - ...and get rid of the annoying manual ChangeLog while in development.
    - Switched repository back to Git - lost the history for Myrroddin's five and my two Subversion commits in the process and had to hand-merge with the per-existing Git repo. Yay. The AddOn works once again, however.
Sean McAllister:
    - Added a fix for the blacklist table not being initialized for some users.  Added color customization for progress bars.  Added a import check for old stats.  Added initial functionality for ArchyData
