James D. Callahan III:
    - Moved "Hide Minimap Button" option from the General section to the Minimap section.
    - Replaced all usages of 0 and 1 with false and true for calls to SetDesaturated. Ticket #527
    - Cleanups.
    - Do NOT fail silently on non-existent dig sites in GetContinentSites() - if there's an issue, it should be broadcast to be fixed.
