James D. Callahan III:
    - Moved the OnEnter script for the fragmentBar from XML to Lua, and format ARCHAEOLOGY_POJECTBAR_TOOLTIP (not my misspelling, this is a Blizzard constant) with the Race's maxFragment's value.
    - Store maxFragments on the Race objects because either Blizzard eventually plans on changing the cap to be per-race, or adding another return value to GetArchaeologyRaceInfo() instead of adding a constant was someone's idea of a joke.
    - Race.currency => Race.fragmentsCollected
