    - Moved initial dig site initialization from OnEnable() to UpdatePlayerPosition() - should fix ticket #559
    - Due to Blizzard's inconsistencies: Added localized string for the "Mummified Monkey Paw" project - the item and spell are both "Crawling Claw". Fixes ticket #560
    - Respect the configuration options for the shown or hidden state of the DigSiteFrame and ArtifactFrame when combat ends.
    - Minor cleanup.
    - Updated coordinates for Ruins of Ahmtul Digsite - addresses ticket #563
    - Changed .pkgmeta to use the jnwhiteh fork of Astrolabe - should hopefully fix the Garrison errors.
    - Dead code removal.
    - ADDON_NAME => FOLDER_NAME for consistency.
