* added - artifact power and ancient mana items will now display their values in the ilvl field (if item level is displayed)
* changed - disabled ldb update code after zoning, its not really needed and seems to be causing "script ran too long" errors while out of combat
* added - maximum quality option for auto sell
* fixed - bar and item category menus now use the same structure and colouring scheme
* reverted - you can click on a category name to assign it to a bar again (if its already assigned it will remove it)
* added - menu option to auto sell an individual category, option is per categoryset
