* changed - window search frame - will now search against tooltip, equip location, item type, item subtype, and rarity
* changed - window search frame - single and double quotes are ignored (in both filter and search text)
* added - support for tooltips from other mods that are linked via metatables to the gametooltip
* changed - search window should be quicker now due to caching (at the expense of memory usage)
