*3.08.10 (07-AUG-2018)*
* fixed - added a [1000] default profile so that people dont use the [9999] system default profile (which gets cleared every reload)
* fixed - removed the ability to select the [9999] profile for active use, anyone with [9999] set will get changed to [1000].  you will need to re-apply the location control options
