* fixed - issue with battlepets and the rule tooltip
* fixed - issue with window layout when all the visible bars in a row have a mininum width set
* fixed - issue with the upgrade code when there are no profiles at all
* fixed - issue where tooltip functions were set with nil and i passed that through instead of blocking it
* fixed - issue with slot not updating when a different variant of the same item is swapped into it
* fixed - junk auto sell should now work when TSM is installed
* fixed - issue with empty counts in the bag changer not updating immediately
* fixed - issue with guild bank not always updating on open
* fixed - issue with the non active guild bank tabs being tinted instead of faded (tabs you have no access to remain tinted)
* changed - restricted SetHyperlink based refreshes to just objects that item counts go on.  should minimise the impact to other mods that use GameTooltip:SetHyperlink for other things
* changed - config first page is now tabbed to give more space to the options
