* changed - borders for locked slots are now desaturated the same as the icons
* changed - any system or non purchased bag changer slot (includes vault "tabs") will now have an artifact coloured border (if you have item borders enabled)
* fixed - the borders for the bag changer slots will now disappear when the item border style is set to None
* changed - the fade value for the vault changer tabs has been lowered to make it more obvious which tab is current
* changed - config > controls options moved to profiles to make it more obvious that they are the profile settings
* fixed - issue with changes made in config > custom categories not updating config > settings > category sets > custom categories
