* added - conflict check for GW2 UI when it replaces the bank frame
* added - config > miscellanous > item suffixes.  allows you to use item suffix variants in the search and counts, eg Item of the Monkey and Item of the Feverflare can now be seen as discrete items for search and count purposes
* fixed - issue with bag changer icons not always getting vertically centered
* fixed - issue with upgrade code
