* changed - rule caching increased to the slot level (this will suck up more memory)
* changed - outfit( ) rule function for outfitter changed to use slot number where possible to cater for azerite traits, falling back to hyperlink
* fixed - issue with rules code that was stopping some results from being cached
* added - n'zoth (corrupted) and azerite item overlays - can be disabled via config > settings > item > overlay
