* changed - rule caching increased to the slot level (this will suck up more memory)
* changed - outfit( ) rule function for outfitter changed to use slot number where possible to cater for azerite traits, falling back to hyperlink

* added - azerite item overlay - can be disabled via config > settings > item > status icons / overlays > azerite
* added - n'zoth corruption item overlay as a status icon - can be disabled/positioned via config > settings > item > status icons / overlays > n'zoth
* changed - the anchor points for age, ilvl, count, junk, transmog, corruption, and upgrade, can now be positioned at top, bottom, left, right, and center
