* changed - auto open/close options
* fixed - issue with auto close options not correctly mimicing what the default blizzard interface does (eg the bag should not have been closed if it was already opened when you opened the mailbox, then you close the mailbox).  an "always" option has been added if you want to bag to always close.
* fixed - issues with null battlepet tooltips
* fixed - issues with pet cages causing constant rescans
