* changed - auto open/close options
* fixed - issue with auto close options not mirroring what the default blizzard interface does (eg the bag should not have been closed if it was already opened when you opened the mailbox, then you close the mailbox).  an "always" option has been added if you want to bag to always close.
* fixed - issues with null battlepet tooltips
* fixed - issues with pet cages causing constant rescans
* fixed - if a bag rescan is required then the item cache will be cleared. this should allow the rule and category assignments to update once the new data is available
* fixed - issue with itemstring rule function
