* fixed - conflict with skillet. scan on load is now ignored if skillet is loaded and enabled. you have to open the blizzard tradeskill window to trigger a scan, it will not scan the skillet window.
* fixed - issue with extracting the stock value from tooltip for some languages
* fixed - (classic) issue with ITEM_COSMETIC not existing
* fixed - (bcc) guild bank should now be working properly. thanks to the Variance guild on Myzrael for the invite so i could test.
* fixed - issue with a variable that should have been local
* changed - guild bank icon as its current one did not work in bcc
* changed - window redraws when item data is eventually retrieved have been lowered to refresh to stop full rebuilds when you dont have sorting set to instant
