* fixed - issue with some leftover pet test code
* fixed - issue with ilevel value for some items
* fixed - (classic) added a workaround to cater for an issue where the bank bag slot id values returned by blizzard are incorrect. they are out by 4 as if the bank had 28 slots instead of 24
* added - extra error catching code for a weird item count (i think) issue that i cant duplicate yet and only rarely happens
