 * fixed - some partially erased data could cause issues, its now erased completely on startup if found
 * fixed - zhTW franslation for gem bags
 * changed - all references to getfenv( ) changed to _G
 * changed - bag right click menus moved to above the bag so they dont overlap with the tootip under the bag
 * changed - consolidated redundant translations
 * added - tooltip item counts option for guild banks to show which tabs the item is in, default is enabled
 * added - option to disable purge notifications when not saving location data

 * added - item border option to allow for selecting a cutoff rarity for rarity coloured borders (ie only colour epic items and above)
