*3.04.03 (05-SEP-2014) BETA WARLORDS*
 * added - mail sent/returned to another character is now tracked (recipient must be on the same account and must have logged in at least once with the mod loaded for it to track - timeout returns/deletions not yet coded)
 * added - cleanup options to bag right click menu.  ignore (wont touch the bag contents) and deposit all reagents (enabling this automatically deposits reagents as part of the cleanup)

 * changed - required blizzard addons set to required in toc due to optional not fully loading them (specifically the pet/mountjournal)
 * fixed - (maybe) item quality for boosted items (the green that occasionally gets bumped to a blue)
 * fixed - issue with ldb code loading before the mountjournal so wasnt seeing any mounts and removed all selected mounts due to them being non-existant
