What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Once i hit the SCAN button i see the list of recipes i dont know yet.
[1] Ultimate Gnomish Army Knife shows at the top of the list. Last WoD recipe left to learn.
"Obtained from: Automatically learned after using the corresponding Draenor profession scroll."
I have used said scroll, i have made the first KNIFE that is blue for me as a engineer. I made the second one, now COMMON level. The recipe is still in my unknown list of recipes.

I was going to post to this effect, too. The UGAK is listed in Misc. section (so twice) and doesn't get removed when you learn it via the Draenor Engineering Scroll.

Not sure if it's the same 'issue', but 'Blackrock Rifling' isn't shown in any of the scan results, either.
