What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log on with a Tailor who has not yet learned the pattern for "Runecloth Bag"
2.Open the Tailor window and then open the Scan window.
3.Scroll down to "Runecloth Bag" (Skill level 260) and click on the entry.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
According to WoWhead, it is sold by Qia in Winterspring and she has only one in stock at most.  The Ackis Recipe scan does not say anything about limited quantities.

What version of the product are you using?
Ackis Recipe List: Tailoring 6.1.0.1 with Ackis Recipe List 3.0.17
