    - Updated skill levels of some mining recipes .. and "Enchanted Thorium" -> "Enchanted Thorium Bar"
    - Add the pvp cloaks from Leatherworking and Tailoring and uncomment the rest of the new recipes from both of those professions

    - Removed GenericCreateButton() - it's better to hand-craft the buttons, especially when over half that were using it replaced the textures it set anyway.
