    - Replaced all StaticPopupDialogs with LibDialog-1.0 versions; addon:ClosePopups() was replaced with private.DismissDialogs()
    - When datamining, add notification if the vendor's coordinates are different that what is in the DB.
    - When encountering a vendor which is not in the DB, add its name to the localized list if it isn't there already and add a vendor list entry with all of the relevant data - continuation of bug fix for ticket #1332

    - Added a missing vendor to the Vendor db: Jillian Tanner <Leatherworking Supplies>, and added her ID to the recipes she sells
    - Scanned the Leatherworking Supplies Vendor: Bombus Finespindle and added his missing ID to any recipes that he sells
    - Scanned the Horde Leatherworking Supplies vendors that sell the high level Leatherworking patterns and added their missing IDs to the respected recipes
    - Added a new Leatherworking Supplies vendor to the Vendor db that sells the high level leatherworking recipes: Mak
    - Added two new vendors/trainers: Mrs. Gant and "Chef" Overheat .. Thought I had done it but guess not, correct Undermine Clam Chowder acquire because it was brought out of retirement
    - Enchant Cloak - Lesser Agility is no longer unobtainable
    - Added Kaita Deepforge's ID to the 500level+ Blacksmithing recipes that she sells
    - Datamined the Blacksmithing Supplies vendor: Sumi ... and also added crafteditemid's to those recipes
    - Marked the Enchanting recipe "Enchant Weapon - Icy Chill" as removed from the game
    - Removed a mob from the mob db that doesn't give anything profession relevant anymore
James D. Callahan III:
    - Removed unnecessary (and damaging to folks not using enUS/enGB translations) uses of LibBabble-Faction-3.0
John Pasula:
    - Forgot to update the ToC name/title for ptBR.  This is done now.
    - Auto change log off.
