    - fix duplicate QTip:Release() calls
    Previously the addon was sometimes calling QTip:Release() multiple
    times on the same acquire_tip handle between QTip:Acquire() calls.
    Second and subsequent Release calls on the same handle are
    invalid and have a high probability of corrupting the tooltips of
    other unrelated addons using LibQTip.
