James D. Callahan III:
    - Fix issue that prevented searching by recipe name.
    - Add missing .hex lookup for recipe quality color.
    - Rewrite of list entry collapse code - now strictly uses the straightforward parent/child relationship instead of a convoluted and error-prone index system with checks on whether the entry is a header or not. This change also removes the ability to click on a child to collapse a parent (which made no damn sense anyway).
