AtlasLoot Enhanced
History
AtlasLoot was originally created by Pernicius as a plugin for Atlas and contained a handful of raid loot tables to browse. Unfortunately, Pernicius was unable to maintain the mod, so Daviesh took over and renamed it to AtlasLoot Enhanced to provide a distinction between the two versions. Since that time, AtlasLoot has grown to cover every loot table for every boss, every item set, PvP Items and items for every reputation faction. In January 2010 Hegarol took over the project from Daviesh. Finally, in 2014/2015 Lag completely rewrote the entire addon for AtlasLoot v8.
What is Atlasloot
AtlasLoot Enhanced is an UI mod allowing for loot tables of bosses to be browsed whenever needed within the game.

Below is list of custom modules which are developed and maintained by different author teams.
Features
- Atlas Integration: You can easily link to Atlas map browser if your current visited instance loot table has a corresponding map provided in Atlas.
- Dressing Room: Control-click items to show them in the Dressing Room.
- Price Preview: See the prices for token items like PvP rewards.
- Filter: Filter loot tables based on your class or set up your filter manually (NYI).
- Instance Loot: All instance loot from every Dungeon (Normal and Heroic) and Raid.
- Faction and PvP rewards
- Collection Items: Armor Sets (Dungeon, Tier and Crafted), Mounts, Companions, Tabards, Legendary items and more.
- Season and World Events: Skettis, Abyssal Council, Ethereum Prison, Feast of Winter Veil, Hallow's End, Brewfest, etc.
To Do
- Add skill / source to crafting
- Wishlist: Alt-click on any item to add it to the wishlist, alt-clicking on an item in the wishlist deletes it. There are buttons added to the Atlas panel and the loot browser to open the wishlist.
- Partial Searching: Allows searching the whole AtlasLoot database for an item where you only know part of the name.
- Quicklooks: Bind up to ten loot tables to 'Quicklook' buttons, allowing you to jump to them with only one click.
Slash Commands
- '/al' or '/atlasloot' by itself brings up the loot browser.
- '/atlasloot options' brings up the options menu.
- '/atlasloot reset' resets the last viewed loot table (fixes disconnects when opening AtlasLoot) and moves all draggable frames back to the middle of the screen.
- '/atlasloot mmb' toggles the minimap button on / off.
- '/atlasloot togglebg' toggles background pictures on / off.

Posted Jun 9, 2008Everytime I update this mod, the items that I already saw are locked like t4 tockens and so. Almost all loot is locked again. Is there a way to disable that?

Posted Jun 9, 2008I'm not sure whether this has been reported, but afaik the blue drops from the Magister's Terrace does not drop in heroic mode (nor the normal mode epics, I think). At least I've never seen them do.
Edit: Also, if you view a boss in heroic mode, and add an item that drops in normal mode as well to your wish list, it will be listed as dropping in heroic mode. This is probably intended, but you may think it drops in heroic only. Is this something that can be changed?

Posted Jun 7, 2008Grr. I opened up AtlasLoot, wanted to look at Season 4 Rogue PvP gear, then highlighted one piece of gear and the game disconnected me. I forgot that you couldn't query the server for nonexistent gear, but now every time I log in and try to open AtlasLoot, it opens up the Season 4 Rogue PvP gear page and automatically disconnects me. I didn't even highlight anything! >< Just typing /al in the chat box is now equivalent to typing /logout.
Any ideas or solutions? I've already tried complete reinstalls of Atlasloot and I've tried deleting the SavedVariables files. Nothing seems to work. ><
Never mind, got it. I had the AutoQuery option enabled.

Posted Jun 5, 2008Last night i checked the pvp prices, and it states that the pvp trinket medalion of the aliance is 4000 honor when it is infact 8000 honor.
when are you going to update this mod?

I am not a regular ItemSync user, so I only check that code if someone reports a problem. I'll have a look and see if there is anything obvious I can do on my end. I am not as much of a fan of third party tooltips as I used to be, as the standard tooltip functionality is just as good, and it makes the profession stuff PAINFUL to deal with, as they are spells, not items.

Are you sure all the modules are appearing in your AddOns menu? I don't have a loaded modules section, just a list where you can select which modules to run the search function over.

Posted May 30, 2008I'm having the same problem as kittykarate. Every time I try to access ANY of the subtables' sets (crafting, faction, collection, etc.), AtlasLoot tells me that I need the loadable loot table to access that information, but in the loaded modules section, I see all of them there.

Posted May 29, 2008I keep having a problem with the last two updates to this addon. I am able to go into regular atlasloot and a button appears on my minimap but I can no longer get to the part of the addon that has the instance maps and the locations of bosses.
I just updated my computer and now have Vista, I don't know if this would keep me from being able to use this addon or if there is a different method of installing this mod on Vista machines.
Any help would be great.

Posted May 26, 2008About the problem I've reported (crafting pages... tooltips sticky, not disappearing):
I've been able to track the issue down (see Reply to your Post below)... the problem only occurs with the tooltip option "Use Item Sync tooltips" (I use ItemSync). When I disable ItemSync, or when I enable ItemSync but have the AtlasLoot options checked to "Standard tooltips" there is no issue with sticky tooltips not disappearing in the crafting pages.
So the problem is definitely related to ItemSync. Hope this helps to fix the glitch.

It's a work in progress, we changed the way price information is stored to save memory and simplify the database, but I now need to re-engineer the function that populates the extra text on the wishlist. You can always just left-click on the item to see the price for now.

Posted May 24, 2008So I upgraded to the newest version, and while I love it, I am running across something that I don't seem to recall. When I add arena items to my Wishlist, it does not show their price there. Could this be fixed, or is there an option I am missing?

Posted May 26, 2008I'll maybe try that out if I get the time to do so... as for tooltip mods: the only mods that I use and might do something with tooltips are EquipCompare, Rating Buster and ItemSync.
...but I want to emphasize that the problem is only within surfing the crafting pages, so there has to be something different with the tooltips in the crafting pages because with all the other categories (factions, pvp...) the tooltips are ok.

Posted May 22, 2008Problem with the new Crafting pages... when surfing through them (alchemy for example), the tooltip of the last item I've had my mouse over doesn't disappear, it remains on the screen... when closing Atlasloot either the full tooltip or an empty tooltip frame remains on the screen and does not disappear... very annoying, logout/ login necessary

When you log in, BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE, type '/atlasloot reset', then type '/atlasloot options' and untick autoquery (the top left option).

This behaviour is a symptom that AtlasLoot was not installed properly, probably because your unzipping program added or removed some folders and the files are all over the place. Delete all AtlasLoot folders are try again.

Posted May 20, 2008I just downloaded 4.05.00 and whenever I click on the Atlas Loot icon it disconnects me from the game. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

Posted May 19, 2008Just loaded the new Atlas loot, and its getting stuck. I cannot click "select loot table." The word "test" appears between select loot table and select sub-table. Any ideas why this is happening. I deleted my old atlas before installing, and still not working.
In general, the menu that changes what loot you want to look at from where (reputations, badge, tier, instance) is not functioning on my wow for whatever reason. Everything is loaded from curse client, although I just installed that today and tried it after my normal method didn't work for the same above reason.
