AtlasLoot Enhanced
History
AtlasLoot was originally created by Pernicius as a plugin for Atlas and contained a handful of raid loot tables to browse. Unfortunately, Pernicius was unable to maintain the mod, so Daviesh took over and renamed it to AtlasLoot Enhanced to provide a distinction between the two versions. Since that time, AtlasLoot has grown to cover every loot table for every boss, every item set, PvP Items and items for every reputation faction. In January 2010 Hegarol took over the project from Daviesh. Finally, in 2014/2015 Lag completely rewrote the entire addon for AtlasLoot v8.
What is Atlasloot
AtlasLoot Enhanced is an UI mod allowing for loot tables of bosses to be browsed whenever needed within the game.

Below is list of custom modules which are developed and maintained by different author teams.
Features
- Atlas Integration: You can easily link to Atlas map browser if your current visited instance loot table has a corresponding map provided in Atlas.
- Dressing Room: Control-click items to show them in the Dressing Room.
- Price Preview: See the prices for token items like PvP rewards.
- Filter: Filter loot tables based on your class or set up your filter manually (NYI).
- Instance Loot: All instance loot from every Dungeon (Normal and Heroic) and Raid.
- Faction and PvP rewards
- Collection Items: Armor Sets (Dungeon, Tier and Crafted), Mounts, Companions, Tabards, Legendary items and more.
- Season and World Events: Skettis, Abyssal Council, Ethereum Prison, Feast of Winter Veil, Hallow's End, Brewfest, etc.
To Do
- Add skill / source to crafting
- Wishlist: Alt-click on any item to add it to the wishlist, alt-clicking on an item in the wishlist deletes it. There are buttons added to the Atlas panel and the loot browser to open the wishlist.
- Partial Searching: Allows searching the whole AtlasLoot database for an item where you only know part of the name.
- Quicklooks: Bind up to ten loot tables to 'Quicklook' buttons, allowing you to jump to them with only one click.
Slash Commands
- '/al' or '/atlasloot' by itself brings up the loot browser.
- '/atlasloot options' brings up the options menu.
- '/atlasloot reset' resets the last viewed loot table (fixes disconnects when opening AtlasLoot) and moves all draggable frames back to the middle of the screen.
- '/atlasloot mmb' toggles the minimap button on / off.
- '/atlasloot togglebg' toggles background pictures on / off.

Posted Jun 2, 2006The big change in this version is that I added in symbol to indicate a boss with loot information. This symbol will change colour if the boss's loot is currently being displayed. This was due to feedback that the bosses with loot were blending in too much. I didn't want to start playing fonts and colours as Atlas will probably start doing that in the root addon from now on (look at Naxx for example).
I am not an artist, so at the moment I am using in-game assets for the symbol. If anyone can make something better they are more than welcome.

@Adinan Yes you can use those databases, that it what fills up the Lootlink Database Adder. Run that addon once and you will have 95% of the data. If you use lootlink enhanced, and then run the Database Adder you will get most of it.

@Asurn Are you still able to see the lootlink tooltip after a reset? The server resets its database after every maintainence period and downtime, so what you can link and get the proper game tooltip for varies through the week. It is nothing to do with you, the server periodically purges its cache and the items cant be linked until either: a) A player you have seen has logged in wearing the item OR b) The item drops in an instance
Stuff with a low drop rate is a pain to get.

I'm unable to click on C'Thun using french client and latest altas/atlasloot.
The boss become desynched very soon in the list when you click on them regarding their loot table. (loot table & boss mixed up)
I downgraded to altlas 1.7.1 and it works perfectly now.

Posted Jun 1, 2006Make sure you can see the Atlasloot version number in the top right of the atlas frame and make sure you have Atlas 1.7.2. If you are still have trouble, post which language you are using and which boss you are clicking so I can track it down.

Posted Jun 1, 2006yes i also use lootlink with this this big database but there are a lot of items i miss expecially in AQ40 :P
and i have another problem with this. my databse reset itself :( last week i had all items in bwl complete (real tooltip not lootlink) and at monday i had NO items(not only bwl is gone. evrey item expect items i wear) its a bit crazy and i dont why it appears. (it happend 1 week before too) is it normal? can i backup files to get a real database? it shouldnt crash if i backup files because i only play at 1 server so all item i see are on the server (this lootlink toolpi is n1 but i cant link them :P)

Posted Jun 1, 2006I have the atlasloot and atlas folder s in my addons folder, but when I open a map in atlas clicking on a boss's name does nothing. Is there any cofiguration other than selecting the type of chat link? Or any dependency other than atlas?

Posted Jun 1, 2006It is a restriction imposed by Blizzard to stop data mining, nothing to do with me. To see 95% I use Lootlink Enhanced with the Lootlink Database Adder (which adds 38,000 odd items to the database).

Posted May 31, 2006Bosses you can click on still highlight when you mouse over them. I am still trying to find a graceful way of doing it without wrecking the Atlas look. From the sounds of what the author has been saying Naxx is not the only dungeon that will have colours.

a lot of wrong/bad translations changed some missing translation added zg/aq20 quest itemd discriptions changed/added
@Daviesh here some mistakes i found i havent changed in the english translation (i saw the missing german translation and changed it but i forgot to change the english :P) i think there are still some more LBRS VOSH (t0, Rouge) -> (t0, Rogue) UBRS Rend One-Hand Dagger -> One-Hand, Dagger AQ40 C#Thun =q4=Neck -> =ds=Neck Strah Balnazzar Cloth, Shoulder -> Shoulder, Cloth -need an option to translate Drop Rate

Posted May 31, 2006Its volitional. This lines was removed in version 1.10.00 They were removed because they will overwrite the coloured Nax bosses. (and other in the futur perhaps) By myself i think this yellow lines were great i woul like to see them again but i would include this into atlas itself not into Atlasloot (see : http://atlasmod.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=709#709)

Posted May 31, 2006Hey Daviesh. First of all I must say that this addon is probably the best ever, no more alt-tabbing to find out what the next boss drops :)
I only have 1 issue, In the first version i Downloaded there were yellow links for the mobs that you had enabled drop information on. Now when I've downloaded your latest version 1.11.07, there aren't. All I see are grey links :(

Posted May 30, 2006Type /atlasloot and turn on chat links in the options menu. You can't link items that you haven't seen yet (see the (no iteminfo) tag) as Blizzard will disconnect you, so in safe mode you will only see normal text for unknown items.

Posted May 30, 2006When I shift-click on an item to copy it to the current chat window, only the name of the item gets copied. It would be nice to copy the link to the item instead.

Posted May 30, 2006I would love to do so, however the outdoor spawns are not in Atlas ATM. I have been talking to the author of Atlas and it may be something added in the near future.
