Bumped version number to v0.6. Fixed bug in mass buyout when purchases on one page cause items on the next page to get bumped forward.

    - Bumped version number to v0.6. Fixed bug in mass buyout when purchases on one page cause items on the next page to get bumped forward.
    - Add "+" on enchanted/jeweled "Sell" tab items as well. Nuke selection after a buyout. Fix compatibility issue with AuctionMaster.
    - Check for sufficient funds when bidding/buying. Move tooltip to the right on buy tab. Add "+" to items with enchants/gems on buy tab.
    - Allow user to set vendor multiplier.
    - Collect garbage when exiting AH. Add tooltips for merchant, buyback, and loot.
