AuraToChat: Throttle unit+spell by 1 second, so that if someone in  your raid, party and target/focus gets a tracked buff, it doesn't print 1-4 times to chat.

AuraToChat: Initial import, prints "$aura on $unit." to chat for configured auras (buffs only atm). Colors each aura according to a sequentially generated list of colors starting from a configured base color, for easy and fast recognition.
