HOME: Finished bar editing.  Tested and verified Stack, Power, and Item bar types, removed "(experimental)" flag from the dropdown on these types.

HOME: Fixed a few bugs in the last code, no extensive testing, but got it working for today.  GCD is still considered a spellID until I get it redone, get the color from the barSettings object, fixed the toc file to include the lua code, since I'm not using xml anymore.

WORK: Added new bar types: Power, Item, Stack.  Reworked how parameters are passed to CreateBarFrame.  Added default bar setups for some classes.
