Tagging for release 2008-11-08

Adds Combuctor support for Outfitter, ItemRack and ClosetGnome
Fixes some Outfitter filter issues.
Adds option to Professions filter to restrict to primary professions.
Reorganize settings display for several of the filters.
Warn in settings in the base addons are not loaded or initialized.
