Tagging v36

    - Fix sort-order building, GetAuctionItemClasses was removed
    - Bump TOC
    - Add a squash function, to just squeeze holes out of the bags
    - Provide built-in groups for the reagents and bank-without-reagents
    - TOC bump
    - Fun with localizations
    - Clicking to stack in LDB should summarize, too
    - Only announce stacking if it actually needed to happen
    - Summarize what happens when you're just stacking
