What is the issue?

I just joined WoW again for the millionth time, and for the millionth time, I had to reinstall all the addons I could remember.  I installed Bartender 4, and the default action bars won't go away.  I can't remember, but I believe they are supposed to, correct?  Bartenders bars are popping up, but so are WoW's default action bars, resulting in 2 sets of action bars being there.  I don't believe I have any addons that would interefere.  I have auctionator, master plan, garrison mission manager, all of handy notes, and deadly boss mods, AtlasLoot, GTFO, and BankItems.  I installed some other ones, but they are out of date, so I am not using them.  BankItems is out of date as well, and to be honest, I haven't checked to see if it is working yet.  Other than mission manager and master plan, Bartender is the only one I have checked as I can't really play until I get it set up.  There are no error messages, and it works properly.  Its just the default action bars aren't disappearing like I believe they are supposed to.  Is there another way to make them disappear?

I just did a full reset and everything went away. I should be o.k. now. I will let you know of my progress.

Bartender has a module to draw the default action bar artwork, since some people like that. Looks like that was turned on, to me.
