Feature Request: Strata setting #1790

    Requesting a setting to adjust the bar strata. Either globally or per bar.

    Context: I'd like to have my bars in some sections of the screen with elements that current have a higher strata than the bar itself, so the bar is hidden underneath.

    I would also love this feature. My need is opposite- I like to hide my bars under my healing frames. Currently strata too high so it clicks through my healing bars.
